Jacobus has 25 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Estimating and Quantity Surveying of projects up to R350 million in both single and multi-unit residential developments, apartment blocks, office blocks, warehouses, factories, industrial buildings and more. Over the years he has held Senior positions in reputable companies in the industry and completed his ND Building Surveying course as well as becoming a member of the Association of Arbitrators (A A Arb.).

With the knowledge and experience gained over 25 years in this industry, it only made sense to start a company, J. Engelbrecht Consulting,  that offers construction estimating, quantity surveying and quantum analysis to the highest standards.
